Centerline CEO

Adam Jaspon

Centerline’s founder and CEO, Adam Jaspon, purchased his first rental property in 2013 and was instantly hooked. Adam now owns and manages over a dozen rental units. In 2015 he purchased a home in the Popes Hill area of Dorchester and fell in love with the neighborhood.

Prior to forming Centerline, Adam worked as an engineering officer in the U.S. Merchant Marine. He holds a Chief Engineer’s License and earned a B.S. in Marine Engineering at The Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Construction related credentials include an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License and a Home Improvement Contractor Certification, both from the State of Massachusetts.

With a mechanical background and extensive experience rehabbing properties, he brings a unique perspective to his development business. Adam strives to provide clients with first class service to make their experience seamless and pleasant. A firm believer that there is always room for improvement, Adam continues to learn and refine his process. He seeks to constantly evolve and grow as both a builder and a person. Adam lives in South Boston with his wife, daughter, and their golden retriever.

Brian Jaspon

Brian Jaspon joined Centerline, as the CFO, in 2020. He is a CPA and holds a BA and MBA from Bentley University. He brings a combination of over 20 years financial experience and real estate passion to drive financial results. He prides himself on his financial accuracy and ability to maintain a proper set of internal controls.

Brian previously held the position of Director of Finance with a large multi-national pharmaceutical company. He started his career at KPMG, a big 4 public accounting firm, where he spent 10 years performing public company financial statement audits as well as financial due diligence engagements with the M&A group.

Brian’s real estate experience includes numerous single-family rehab projects and ownership of multi-family rental properties. Brian lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife, teenage boy/girl twins, and the family dog.

Michael Manter

Mike is a dedicated professional with a strong construction background, having spent time in various areas of the industry. With 9 years of experience in the construction world, he has a deep understanding of the processes, means, and methods involved.

As a multifamily property owner, Mike demonstrates a keen understanding of real estate and investment. Mike graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University where he refined his professional aptitude.

Outside of Mike’s professional life, he is a devoted family man, balancing his career with the joys of raising two kids alongside his wife.

Michael Manter

Sean Hamel

Sean is a passionate construction professional with a degree in Construction Management from the University of New Hampshire. Over the last 10 years Sean has built a strong foundation in construction surveying and heavy civil/site construction, gaining invaluable experience in project execution, site logistics, and structural coordination.

In addition to Sean's horizontal construction knowledge, he is an active real estate investor with a belief in a long-term hold investment strategy. Having successfully managed personal real estate projects, he developed a passion for residential construction. His endeavors have fostered a keen understanding of project management and value-driven decision making. This experience has led to a strategic transition into a site superintendent role in residential construction, where his technical background and attention to detail drive efficiency, quality, and long term project success.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys backcountry skiing and spending quality time with his wife, son, and chocolate lab named Porter.
